in other words, people who focus on PVP stats can gem with more freedom:

Red: offensive stats like agility/int.
Yellow: pvp resil.
Blue: pvp power.

although at this point, it seems that DPS classes will focus on power(blue) while maintaining some resil(yellow), so red will become the new blue for them. it also seems that things won't change much for healing classes.

except hopefully PvE gear and with any luck tinkers will be obsolete.

Of course it may well mean that people can still stack PvE gear and just gem PvP Power to make that res-stacked healer even less effective than now (albeit with reduced survivability themselves).

Will have to wait to see the effectiveness % of "PvP Power".
