Up until this point, I haven't seen this mentioned, and the prevailing advice was to use tailoring to level enchanting. But for Hodre, our old friend https://www.wowhead.com/npc=42028/kromgar-quartermaster sells green stuff that can be DE's for https://www.wowhead.com/item=16204/light-illusion-dust and https://www.wowhead.com/item=16202/lesser-eternal-essence. You unlock him by progressing through the Stonetalon Mountains quests, if you haven't done that already. I just leveled up enchanting on a DK alt for crusader, took ~300g or ~900 https://www.wowhead.com/item=131884/kromgar-legionnaires-mesh-wraps?bonus=0, which is the cheapest thing he sells, to get from the point that the mats start to be useful to 300.
