So I was on beta in the morning for a few minutes. As you can see Iam resto speced. I was in elemental gear and had 8.8k mana :< and it got more intellect than my resto gear.
The mana costs for spells are still the same but the heals are op 13k none crit healing surges. It seems like you have some kind of base mana amount because it doesnt change with more intellect
