The same thing happened for me with my shaman, baffi says it changes what you can do for your character (race change, faction change, customization, etc.) every 4 hours

I don't know if it's exactly every four hours but it will come up eventually it always does, However they may be limited as my rogues faction change hasn't showed up for a few days not and shes been factioned 3 times before
