PTR Numbers after new enchants

People need to realize that the enchants aren't going to affect healer classes as much. Sure they will die faster thanks to the new enchants, but so will 24 healers. This change is only really going to burn F2P dps who won't be able to keep up with the damage outputs of their P2P counterparts. Other than that, this change is actually pretty helpful as it will deter turtling and lead to more kiting based games.

That dodge rate should make P2Ps pissed off just as much as the F2Ps. Please god let this be what gets 39s active again.
