Prot Warr Help

Hello again my fellow twinks, I've decided to finish my warrior that I was planning to make a twink a long time ago but never got finished and I've decided that this warrior is going to be a prot. I got alot of help making my other twinks (signature) with help from this site and now I want ur help again.

I kind of know what gear it should have but I have to refresh my memory. The char has 3 grandfathered items: Seal of sylvanas, deadskull shield and steel-clasped bracers. The list below shows what I've planned to use but there are some problems (I think) I will bring up later in the post.

Head - Fishing hat or BoA tank head. I don't know witch one I should use here so please give me some tips.
Neck - Scout's medallion
Shoulders - BoA tank
Cloak - Satchel cloak (8 stam)
Chest - BoA tank
Bracers - Steel-clasped bracers
Weapon - BoA tank Got shadowfang aswell but I guess that's out of the league when it comes to prot or any warrior for that matter?
Shield - Deadskull shield
Ranged - Bow of ire
Gloves - Thorbia's Gauntlets Must be something better here for prot?
Waist - Satchel belt (10 stam)
Legs - Kalecgos' gift
Feet - Silver-linked footguards
Ring 1 - Band of argas
Ring 2 - Seal of Sylvanas
Trinket 1 - BoA PvP
Trinket 2 - AGM

So, what I can see there are some hitrating issues but does prot need all that hit? Isn't it worth not having the hit for more stam or stuff? If I need hit, what items do I change?

Well guys, please give me some advices on how to gear this guy!

Cloak - Satchel cloak (8 stam) w/ +5 resist all
Chest - BoA tank w/ 100hp
Bracers - Steel-clasped bracers w/ 9stam
Weapon - BoA pvp dagger w/ sader or 15str
Shield - Deadskull shield w/10 stam
Ranged - Bow of ire
Gloves - Thorbia's Gauntlets Must be something better here for prot?
Waist - Satchel belt (10 stam)
Legs - Kalecgos' gift
Feet - Silver-linked footguards w/ minor speed
Ring 1 - Band of argas
Ring 2 - Seal of Sylvanas
Trinket 1 - BoA PvP or double agm
Trinket 2 - AGM

this is your main set. you will use other sets but its situation. let me know if you want those gear sets

Think carefully before picking Ello's Band over the mail wrists for the Darkshire quest as paladin/warrior.

Anyway I'd hit cap for pug games untill 4 stacks, then abort all hit and minor speed and go with full stamina set. If the enemy team is mostly casters then jump into Bristlebark gloves for the extra stam.

Bravo Company Signet > Ello's Band

Depending on the set/situation, the armor + parry (from strength) of thorbia's normally outweighs the stam gain from bristlebark imo.

I assume you're going to be FCing?

If so I'd use LFH in most situations.
