i am a nightelf and SM does help but that 2 min cooldown leaves you getting kited for about a minute and 56 seconds

Im a fury warrior and im doing just fine against hunters, you have to think forward. most hunters are predictable as ****.

I started as a arms war in PuGs and was also doing fine but it was really frustrating seeing enemys run away with low health. so fury was way less frustrating when i tried it.

Havent tried prot as i am doing fine as a fury 2 hander

The most annoying thing about Prot warriors is the lack of real gapclosers. I've been running after someone in a range of 2yards away, not being able to do any damage at all

Frustrating as hell.

I would go prot. Rogues are better dmg dealers than fury. That's why I don't like it. But fury has mail. Your choice.

Just depends what you want to do really. I'm not saying prot is weak offensively, but obviously you'll see more damage from the DPS spec, not the tank spec. However tanks ARE meant to stay alive, so healers might find you to be easier to keep alive if you're prot. Its up to you though. There are pros and cons to both. Just think about it and see which one seems more fun to you. If you enjoy it, stick with it. If not, f2p talent swaps are cheap, just go the other way.
