Prot Paladin lf Feedback/RBG Groups

I am looking for a GOOD group of people to do RBGs with.
I usually don't logout in my FC set, but I have 23k health and 700 resil in it.
I'd also like some feedback on my dps set if anyone has any for me

Useful post. I don't know Frost dks became protection paladins?

@ OP, your current gear is fine, I would make a couple of changes.

Use the Sha'tar exalted shield with titanium plating (disarm reduction + most strength from a tbc shield) As well as the crafted BS belt with 3 sockets (again, most str), plus the BT ring from Gurtogg bloodboil (+36 strength). Haste isn't a great stat for prot, so I'd look into perhaps replacing that SWP ring aswell (plus the libram -> the crit one).

Just my first impressions.
