I have a 72 twink who i plan to twink 80.

His current professions are Blacksmith / Eng

what profession should i drop for alch or should i drop any of them for alch?

Note: i have Synapse Springs

Not much point levelling/changing professions until MoP. The LW, Tailoring and Engi enchants might all be usable at 80 (they are atm on the beta as far as I know). BS could also be viable if the ilvl 409 items go live.

Gems match on 417 if i remember well.

Don't rule out herbalism, 2880 haste = 87.83% haste for 80s
