PTR Profession Perks 8.1.5

Hi,

since I'm not active on the PTR, does anybody know if you can get the profession perks coming with the next patch below 120?

You need max level to start quest. Why would you need it? Rewards are trash.

Drums cost 10g to craft.

as far i understood its not just gonna drop extra cloth from any expansion from any mod
(that would prop be better honestly)

It will instead summon a mob with a chance to drop random amount of bfa cloth only in open world in bfa.
