Priest help plz

HI can i grab a few different views on disc priest plz.

Gems , haste ,Crit, Do disc priest need alot of resilience? i see them ranging in SP from about 1.3K to 1.6K.

Im going to have a play around with gear and gems but if someone could direct me in the right direction would be great.
