For some classes they are bis bracers so they have some value, i would say around 1-2k, ofc it depends.

I've seen them listed anywhere up to 20k, i haven't seen them sell for more than 1k though.

I think 1500-2000g is a good range for them personally. Though this is an item to keep an eye on as possibly jumping in value in the future (with patch changes etc).

20k here on Draenor. But there was a Shadowfang @ 100k. So I think players just lost it here. Those bracers have been listed for more than 1 month now. SF is gone though...
