Preparing for 60 twinking

Hello, I plan to create twink once again (did last time in BFA). I see there are a lot of items and some of them Got "nerfed" by the time. What should I do to get possibly best items for 60s twinking? I was Reading post about gearing and my mind is blowing when I see a lot of items from Dragonflight but most of People there says that they have it on SL locked chars.

you need df account and sl capped account to get the df stuff. best you can do without a df account is 270?ish ilvl stuff from sl raids.

60 is a thing now because the base game is SL capped, if blizz follows past actions seems like DF will be the next cap making 70s the next thing.

right now they have DF gear being boosted (awakened) like it was near end of SL (phated)

they will more than likely wipe DF PVP gear on WW prepatch or launch

patch isn't far and the state of 60s isn't anything like 50s was. i'd recommend prepping for 70 to be the new nonsub cap. i was able to get most all i wanted done in the free month during prepatch last time. shame it didn't end up worth it this time, maybe the next one'll be better.
