The kids these days cant take the pressure to perform from what I have observed just in the last year. SO many flash in the pan guilds, only to fizzle out before even getting started. For some reason its hard to check the calendar to sign up for premades in MIC. Offer has been made for other competent players to step up and take premade spots. No takers as of this writing.

Time for the hot shots to step up or shut up, or quit whining about no premades happening. To many fence sitters and critics and those that are concerned about their online image to get games going in current status of 19s imo. There are plenty of players and guilds ready premade, yet few games are happening due to posturing and so called dodges.

Ertai is right that is nothing new to this bracket. When people start asking how many guilds are premade ready, every semi-active guild raises their hand. But when it comes down to it not a single guild wants to step up to the plate and metaphorically strikeout by losing because they said they were ready. <Cherry Limeade> is actively recruiting and is trying to get 2-3 more ppl to fill up our core team. We will obviously need to practice and train, but I don't think it is too much of a stretch to say that we should be close to ready within a month or two.

Myself and a few dependable players that get it to check calendar and communicate premade times being good or not are willing to step up and premade. We played a premade where we filled up spots when only 3 were logged on for our last premade after 10 verified day and time. We took players into premade that werent completely done etc to fulfill our premade obligation that we agreed to with opposite team. Premade spot will be filled up by those that can show up. Then we will work in better composition of classes and skilled players as we get more and more.

I just put up a calendar event for APRIL 27th OR 28th for a premade. I will confirm with other guild 2 days in advance about premade status. Send me a pm or respond here to get it setup.
