Usually guilds don't discuss that. You'll see it for yourself if someone wants to ever challenge TC. Although that could be years at the rate we're going. Premade set ups for MoP can consist of a huge variety of classes in comparison to cata where there was not a wide choice.

There really isn't a set in stone premade comp, there are many many options..

3 healers 5 DPS and a FC with semi FC for repick. this is a setup based on risk since clicking the flag is based on fps and latency.

3 healers 6 dps (2 ranged spell/1 Hunter and 3 melee) and 1 FC (Pala/Warrior) this combo is pretty basic and in the same way kinda aggresive

heres an example on the setup: Rdruid, Hpal, D Priest, Arcane Mage, Destro Lock, BM hunt, A war, Assa Rogue, Feral Druid.

Defensive:
add healer remove 1 dps
Aggresive:
Add 1 dps remove 1 healer

If you have to sacrifice a DPS spot for a "semi FC" then there truly is something wrong. One FC is good enough -- clicking a flag isn't hard, and if the FC's latency is that bad he shouldn't be playing in the first place.

I like the idea of three healers instead of four. In the games we played against LSFTW they had three heals on D and it was a pain to get anything accomplished (maybe this has changed with the increased healing debuff but I doubt it changes things too drastically...). On that same note I have reservations about the three melee. Gotta watch you don't go too melee heavy otherwise you'll get kited waay too easily by a brewmaster, unless you're planning on keeping one of the melee on D, such as your own brewmaster (prolly what you were thinking). Just my thoughts.

But otherwise yea the definitely is a little more room to play around with class comp this expansion.
