dont know enough about casters to weigh in the caster gear but the chain gloves are good as budget gloves? I guess?

You get Gauntlets of Divinity out of SM if you want stam or Gloves Of Holy Might if you wanna be good.

scorn's neck has some really fringe applicability but thats about it.

Deadman's Hand also still quite valuable in 39s. As a run-and-gun boomie, that and the fricking sleep chestpiece is vital equipment to avoid being demolished by melee

ring is sooo good in 29s and 39s. It gets removed at somepoint.
