-Upgrade your GPU with a 2nd hand one that suits to your mainboard. You'll spend a few bucks but this'll help a lot.
(You can even buy old GPU's that used to farm coins. They're very cheap)

In game:
1. Close vertical sync
2. Minimize all those shadows, lightnings like graphic options
3. Set your HS to a ghost city like Silvermoon

-Smash
-Add some milk, butter (You can use fresh cream)
-Mix
-Add cream cheddar (3-4 spoon)
-Mix again
-Eat

I used to play on a notebook with an integrated video card for quite a while, what I did was to follow several youtube tutorials to optimize it the best I could. This video in particular helped me a lot:

As you can see, my game looked like dogshit but I had constant 60 fps at least, going up to 120 in ghost cities such as Exodar.
