Maybe a bit off topic, but does any1 know a good healer AddOn, atm i am using HealBot, but it's quiet inaccurate, though I like the feature that u just have to click one time to cast a spell, instead of clicking on a target and then cast spell, but does any1 know a better one?

look into mouseover macros. Personally I feel they make healing even easier since you don't have to click at all.

When I played serious PvE in Lich King I rolled with Grid + Clique, imo a better version of Healbot. Though in PvP, I've always prefered to click the spells, because then I feel more aware of what's happening in the game.
