EU+US post enchant nerf/GFd gear nerf questions

So after the news of the xpoff/xpon separation, the only way to play this game that makes sense to me is to twink in the 20s bracket because it will probably be the only bracket besides 19s that get queues to pop. That being said, all of my GFd invasion gear/bands of argus have been rendered irrelevant in the latest patch. I will be rerolling a fresh warlock and I've got a few questions.

#1.) What kind of weapon enchant should I go for with affliction as my main spec? Is ele force still the go-to after the nerf or should I go for something like power torrent etc?

#2.) What realm should I choose? I'll be on alliance side for velf and I'm leaning towards Bleeding Hollow or something old-school like Aerie Peak so I can get into a twink guild for this bracket. I'll need funding, so what would you guys recommend?

#3.) Any word on BIS chest enchant after the glorious stats nerf?

Not entirely true. Is your gear warforged? Its on par with/slightly better than the current dungeon loot. Titanforged? on par with the new epics.

I spent all day grinding out epics on my druid. She doesnt have a single piece of invasion gear and the epics netted me 1 stam, 1 int, 2 vers and I lost 4 haste. Older gear isnt irrelevant by any definition.
 
Hey @Chops - do the BoA weapons scale up with you from level 20 in BG? To ilvl 33 like they are for 29?

If so, would that not make them "better" than epics for level 20 in PvP?
 
Ok, cool. I'd been told otherwise (multiple times) by people that know everything around here. :rolleyes:

To day was my first BG below bracket cap and I forgot to check before I leveled up... Thanks!

Nope. https://worldofwarcraft.com/en-us/character/us/bonechewer/gotofel that's my old lock that I haven't touched in many months. I have a few ilvl 27 pieces in my bags, but now that wands aren't even BIS anymore, I don't mind kind of abandoning her for now. As far as what little upgrades you've got for your druid, it would be different for lock. We don't get a fang set or anything obviously. I'll be going for a full "of the aurora" epic set and I'll probably farm rares for most of it.

That scaling thing only happened for MoP/WoD and to some extent legion

Haha yeah. I've also been hatching eggs in Pokémon Emerald trying to get an adamant Banette with a fighting type hidden power. If anyone knows anything about that game, That pretty much illustrates that I don't mind a grind lol.
 
Am actually trying costal surge on my dps toons and pretty good for 1v1, someone knows if it has a cd or is it a refresh proc.

Aerie Peak or Dalaran are good choices. The AH prices are better on Dalaran. Bleeding Hollow will gut your (or someone else's) wallet trying to buy enchants.

That being said, I am also recruiting for the <Insignias> on Dalaran in @Keeshan's absence.

My 120 is actually on Dalaran Horde side, so Dalaran works out perfectly. I had no idea there were twinks on that realm.
