PTR Possible new gear for lvl 110?

I was looking through Wowheads article of the new items coming tomorrow, where i found something interesting.

In the MOP timewalking section, it says: Mistweaver Xia also sells starter rare gear for level 110s - boots for 25, gloves for 25, shoulders for 35, neck for 25, cape for 25, legs for 25. This gear is ilvl 320.

Anyone knows something about this?

It's not 320.

edit- it's 180 garbage like every other poorly scaled past expansion drop garbage.
