Nice find. What requirements do they have though? Wowhead lists no rep or level requirement that i can see. If we are able to get the wrists then the new helms might be a new poor mans BoA helm



According to a comment on wowhead the helms need "General", whatever that is. Nothing on the bracers that i can see.

If any 19 Twinks are looking at this guys stuff, don't bother. The ranks you need to purchase from this quartermaster are rewards from quests not available until lvl 24+ as far as I could tell.

That is a shame. Looks like the poorman's mindthrust bracers are still Crystalline Bracers.
