Ok, meta poll: what type of hot sauce do you like to put on pizza?

I like Tapatío. I put on ramen and just about anything else that you might put hot sause on. It not as vinegary as Tabasco, or Frank's Red Hot Sauce (which are kind of Louisiana style hot sauces and are a totally different thing, really), so it tends to go with about everything.
