Quick question, this toon has the BOA Ring, this throws off the hit that we are usually used to achieving other ways, leaving you at 4.50, so if you use the Bow your hitcapped instead of the gun.



BIS or would you change it if you had the boa ring?



Note- toon has both fang and defias gloves in bank.

Replace the gloves with Gloves of the Fang and I wouldn't replace anything other than that.
