Theres a bug with BoAs, you can transmorg them on your main and send them over, its just a matter of RNG n such to see if it actually works.

Make sure you got plenty of gold to spare....so far I have tried the helm two times and it didnt work...

Just a heads up. This is a bug and will be fixed soon. I spoke to a GM who said transmog is NOT suppose to stay through the mail. So once its fixed if you mail your items they will loose transmog.
