Picking a level 80 class (Help!)

It's annoying how people are saying warlocks suck, i played a warlock quite well in my own opinion, inb4 u bad, takes a bit of skill yeah, it's veryr ewarding and very viable. I was rank 1 2s as a afflic lock they're not bad at all

No one says locks are bad i play one as my main for 6 years. What i am saying is that at lvl 80 warlock less good then those other classes.

r1 as a lock....musta been some bad 2s comps when you played

they're viable in good hands, but far from op

After going over it I think I'll go with the Paladin, it sounds good.

I'm just horribad at Ret, I tried speccing it and rolling it in BGs and I got fucked (Leveling 75-80 in BGs for honor) so I had to roll back to Prot

Ever since holy power was introduced i didn't play with ma pala, until now. Trust me i had no fraging idea how it works. I suggest u do dungeons until u comfy, then do BGs, thats how i catch up on unknown rotations.

Majority were mage/rogue mage/mage or mage/priest, easy as resto shaman warlock.

If u were referring to affliction then u didn't mess up, but destro is the spec that brings the word global to a whole new meaning. Cast CB then searing pain while CB projectile is airborne, and finish it all up with conflag, if everything is done correctly u will have all 3 spells hitting almost simultaneously.

Ye, but nothing compared to mages petfreeze, frostbolt & lance combo..

Locks arent ment for globals, but making healing impossible by dotting everything

Shaman is a BIG yes for resto, OK for ele, NO for enhancement.

From personal experience yes for resto, but enhance out does ele. ele has no defensive cd's and gets crippled by rogues too often, enhance on the other hand able to one shot clothies with LL and dodge any melee attacks with insta 40k+ heals with maelstroms for solo'n makes it a shit ton more viable than ele so please before you blabber on any more actually try the spec first

Almost everything that is not prot can get one shoted by rogues.

Wow one shoting clothies in mele, a mage will one shot u from 40 yards away, and u are not going to one shot a disc priest, all the other things that fall into clothie section are eather to few or not that good to rly matter.

So u say u can dodge mele attacks? Both paladin and DK(the op classes u cant one shot) deal half or entire dmg load in magic(DK especially if chooses to do so).

U can heal up to 40k with 5 stacks just like paladin with 10sec WoG, and vs DK he just gona blow that HP off just as fast as it came on.

IMHO reasoning for why ele is better is because it can kill me just as fast as i can kill it wheres enhance always looses to me in my past experience.

P.S. hey just because u play a class i consider to be in a "bad shape" balance wise and state it freely, dose not mean i just say it without no reason just to piss ppl off, that's the last thing i want to do. So lets not make an elephant out of a fly ova' 'er fokes.

yeh but itll get negated if a team has more than 1 healer or no bad healers. dispelling is so cheap and most times ua is even worth taking off as long as you can stand the silence or have something like aura mastery/bubble up

destos nice but the nukes are on very short) cds and outside nether ward they dont have too many defensive cds

demos ok, sort of a mix with a nice nuke and when meta is up they can just blow shit up

Yes idd, but we still have to take into consideration that over 50% of people in the bracket, are big noobs, and i doubt that over 20% will dispell in BG's..

In arena, its another thing.. But the arena fights are so short most of the time anyway.

Make it a 75%, if all mages i met on BG were at least good i wouldn't even play in this bracket lol.
