I would advise against this. Blizzard can easily see if you have posted on multiple characters and it is considered an offence to do so. It will only hurt your effort to do so.

With Surge a Resto Sham would be unkillable for most classes if not all... Providing them with Surge would do nothing but ruin the bracket even more.

Because talents like spark of life and ancestral resolve greatly increase their survivability, Healing Surge would be more efficient that even FoL, popping earth shield would be great extra passive defence, they have a shield and they have GW. Shaman with an unaltered Healing Surge would indeed be very powerful.

yes they would classify as a good healer but still ghostwolf has a 2 sec cast time and they cant do any heals while moving except earth shield that heals for idk 100 maybe, druid could hot up and travel form away, priest got shield + renew and palas got hshock and wog.
