Hey, I am actually going to do this.
Ive made an Orc male, since I cant make alliance on the server with all the money as i'd prefer to keep it in my guild.
What would be the next BiS legs for a horde toon's Max AP, since I cant get Westfall ones?

You would be completely stupid to roll anything but a Drenaie. Not only do they start with the highest strength, with battle shout up, I wouldn't be surprised to see your GOTN heal you for 1k. Armory "Bigbadnblue" on Shattered Hand, with battle shout up, he heals for mid 9's and he has near 20% crit on top of about 400 unbuffed ap, I think his warrior is about as perfect as you can get.
erase it and reroll, you can have horde and alliance on the same pvp server now.
if you do decide to keep it horde, most would say fang legs, but I would personally go Mighty Chain Pants because of the extra armor, they also wont look ridiculous either.

I was just kind of hoping to stay Horde so I could have this twink in the guild im in..
And Orc stood out to me as a good choice for max ap, with their racial i dunno what it is like an extra 45 ap or some shit for 15 secs at 19?
But you make a good point about dranei, I may just roll an alliance one..

Yeah racials are changing, but i wouldnt have thought the essence of them would change too drastically, just the power of them. Draenie is still the best choice. Besides i hear tell that race changes are just around the corner.

The hot is still worth it IMHO. 900+ Heal every 3 minutes and you can rotate it with Herbing. If you used Herbing and then waited 1.5 minutes before you used Gift, you could hot every 1.5 minutes.
