Perfect 39 Ret Pally

Could someone make a chardev of what would be the perfect ret pally at 39 would look like. TY for your help

"Perfect" is a subjective term; what's perfect for one is not for another.



I'd have to say the Ulda Horde-only boots are better than Iron Heels, and arguably the Medal of Courage is better then the WSG necklace, but again, to each his own.
