Cyclone probably isn't as active, but has better twinks.

Oh ya, twinks in ruin are terrible. Dont go there. The cream of the crop still resides in Cyclone.

I don't know Ruin so I can't compare, but on Cyclone we have some very well geared and skilled twinks. On both sides (I play Stormrage and allso started playing Earthen Ring lately).
