Some gold selling sites do sell items, but those are the lvl 85 ones that go for thousands of gold. There could be a site somewhere out there that sells low lvl boe's but I wouldnt count on them selling them to peaple for in game gold, they would most likely try to sell for cash.
And thats assuming there are any sites that do this at all, because low lvl boe's can sometimes take an unpredictable amount of time to farm, and they would prolly make more money by just farming gold and then selling it.
That being said....you might could find someone on your server who is in need of gold that would be interested in trying to farm the particular items you need for gold.
