apparently its a bug that many others have been experiencing lately. that being said, I haven't tested it myself yet so you could very well just be doing something wrong

Where's the post that shows the party sync mogs for each class? My search skills are weak and I don't want to look up each piece individually on wowhead.

So im kinda confused im sorry about this question idk if it has been answered can i quest a new zone and still get the quest gear upgraded (ex i factioned my hunter to horde and am doing quest zones for epics could i get epics and my trinket)????

Im not entirely sure what you're asking but

if you've never done the quests before, you can do them and get the regular rewards. Then, when you've finished the zone, you can immediately group with a another toon, party sync and do the zone over again to get a chance at the trinkets. But there's no way to go after the trinkets and the original quest gear at the same time.

I had intended to simply ignore such a lazy request... but eventually I realized that it would only take a few minutes to grab some mog-pix and add them, so why not?

...at least not for any single quest. If you party-sync before finishing all of your quests, then the loot can switch between the "originals" and the "replay rewards" (depending upon whether you've previously-completed that particular quest).

Im not entirely sure what you're asking but
