I've seen a few people talk about getting legendaries from the Paragon Chests on their lvl 101, how does one get those chests on a lvl 101?

After reaching exalted with the main legion reps on a 110, the follower missions will reward boa rep tokens. mail em over. theres also a rare elite on argus that drops a boa 200% increase rep item.

Sorry im a bit behind but I havn't really played alot endgame in Legion, but what does getting rep have to do with the paragon chests? I thought the paragon chests was what you got from world quest or something like that?

The tome effect stacks with itself??? Or do you mean isn't unique? If the former i better get me a stockpile of them jeez

He means you can stack like 20 of them in your bank and don't require a slot for each one.

It does stack with the DMF 10% buff which is coming in a week or two
