pandarian reps on lower levels

So i have alot of them and am currently trying to finish up http://www.wowhead.com/achievement=6664/pandaren-embassy#comments on my 70 twink. but i do not believe lorewalkers is possible to train up at anything under level 87. does anyone have a lead on if its possible, or will my grind end with lorewalkers? thank you

okay so this is helpful, but ive picked up a few scrolls and gained no rep?

Either rep was for completing whole chapters or do it the F2P way, weekly rep.

I did it on my main first, as to get the 100% rep increase commendation, then I did it on my 70. Doing all the Pandaria mainland scrolls puts you at about 17,000-18,000 rep into Revered, but you can go out and finish it by getting a summon to Isle of Thunder and doing the ones there.

Yeah, I accidentally did the first few achieves before realizing the commendation, so I am just shy of 18k revered, luckily you can do the weekly dungeons to fix that up!
