Pandarens at level 19 (which classes will be viable to be them)

So, I was reading the racials for pandarens and i saw the ability quaking palm Quaking Palm - Spell - World of Warcraft which made me realize classes like warriors and shamans now have a incapacitation,( which will give them the 4 seconds to bandage) so i wanted to know how viable it would make those and other classes as that race.
