Overpowered 19-69 Trinket?

While searching the auction house recently i stumbled upon this.

Now if this could be equipped then it would be the ultimate trinket and you would faceroll everything, except i cant get hold of it.

Thottbot Page - No information about where the item drops is listed but since its BoE it doesnt look like it is a reward from the BoA badges.

If anyone has any information about this item please comment, in the mean time i will keep on the lookout on my AH for a buy out one and try it out.

That, but maybe it got messed up in the files and the requirement was taken away? Idk, but I would love to have it.

So both of the guys from these guys that you can see with names on the AH are either on Frostmane or Spinebreaker, might just a be realm problem?
