EU+US Outlaw Rogue BiS list

Thought I’d try to make a BiS list for level 19 Outlaw Rogue including the epic quest reward items and some BoEs. Feel free to post any suggestions or corrections. I ignored most of the bg satchel gear, dungeon satchel loot and the grandfathered legion items. You want the epic ilvl 31 version of quest items and BoEs that can upgrade, faction change or reroll if you have to.


Mainhand/Offhand: Waptor Thwapper, Emergency Hatchet, Spiky Legbone, House Wrynn Gavel, Filthy Paw, Shredder Blade, Brushwood Blade, Solid Wooden Club, Pale Skinner

Offhand: Slicer Blade, Talon of Vultros, Jeweled Dagger, Long Crawler Limb, Dawnblade, Darrington’s Dirk, House Wrynn Dagger, Long Bayonet


Head: Master Engineer’s Goggles, Feathered Headdress

Neck: Eternal Woven Ivy Necklace

Shoulders: Boulder Pads, Rugged Spaulders, Stained Shadowcraft Spaulders

Back: Parachute Cloak, Feathered Cape

Chest: Soothsaying Vest, Silvermoon Tunic of the Quickblade, Hard Crawler Carapace, Gloomshroud Armor

Wrists: Worn Defias Bracers, Acquisition Bracers, Uninsured Bracers, Vigorous Bracers of the Quickblade, Forest Leather Bracers

Hands: Serpentis’ Gloves, Wild Rider’s Gloves, Broken Fingers of Hillsbrad, Gloves of the Hero, Gloves of the Fang

Waist: Strap of the Ancient Horn, Marauding Belt, Girdle of the Blindwatcher, Forest Leather Belt, (Ruffian Belt)

Both if possible, I prefer agility/ap over stam, 4agi>7stam (I think napkin math is 1agi=9stam) most of the time.

Okay, awesome. This is where I am at right now. I have a bit of farming to do! I'm not too diehard for an epic boarhide, a blue will do or the scouting Leggings of the quick blade, but my server rarely has anything on the ah. Anywho, heres my character.

There are many solid offhands with varying stats. Any epic is going to be better than a blue.

Talon of Vultros is a good offhand. The feathered cape that vultros drops is also really good at 7agi/7stam if you don't want to go glass cannon.

The boots from RFC (scorched something or another) are good and easy to get.

I know you said you didn't want to mentioned dungeon satchels, but they are a very solid option for bracers/ring.

I know you said you didn't want to mentioned dungeon satchels, but they are a very solid option for bracers/ring.

All of the weapons listed for mainhand work for offhand as well, and I probably should’ve mentioned Dawnblade and Talon of Vultros. Boots from RFC are good placeholders and satchel bracers/rings are indeed very good but might take you 50-100 runs to get the right pieces with perfect stats if you’re unlucky.
