Ore's Appearance (19's BTB to f2p)

Horde does premades 24/7. Not to mention, I'd say Horde has way more players than Alliance that know what they are doing. Alliance has a nucleus of like 5

All the more reason to be teh alliance Ore imo
<

If Ore gets serious into this ****, I just might finish my alliance warrior and play with kineticqt

yeah there's a lot of garbage players, most of the good twink players left a long time ago. but if you played any twinks back when they were starting out, it was just like this. bad players everywhere, imperfect gear all over the place, etc. but over time people learn how to play. the community has a huge backing to it, it really does remind me of old school 19s. people will get better.

Completely agree with this statement and one reason why 19's boomed was because the pace was set by top dedicated "Teams" or "guilds" that all helped out the community with tips, tricks, guides and constructive criticism. I said it before this bracket has by far the largest potential of any, if worked on it's possibilities are endless. Even Glads would be rolling F2p's for the competition

That's kind of true, but most 19s that are left are like the Goma/Push's of the world. And lets be real, that's why 19s ended. Also, we already have glads rolling F2P's for competition. Free is free after all.

Are you making a trial or a p2p of some sort?

I myself and all of us coming will be F2p's and there might be 1-2 of ours rolling p2p lvl 1's for grouping reasons. But in no way will abuse be an issue, rolling in an f2p bracket with p2p accounts using equips and chants that the players who make the bracket thrive cannot obtain, Is looked down upon by respectable players in all brackets

Great attitude man:)

Can't wait to run with ya, or against ya if you end up ally.

I made a f2p and a p2p 20 following f2p rules, p2p was easier for the professions but I think that my f2p was much more fun making.

The only real useful professions with a 100 point cap level pretty fast anyway. I had to drop enchanting, grind herb, then inscription, then skinning, then mining, then BS for DMF. They really aren't that bad.

RNG being the only source of most BiS is the biggest headache of F2P. If I could pay $5 a month just to open up the auction house and trade I think it would be worth it.

Professions on 5 trials was enough for me, I like the ah for my armor kits and jc pieces.

I don't even understand your post Judas. Horde does premades 24/7. How would having another one improve your chances of not getting rolled? Not to mention, I'd say Horde has way more players than Alliance that know what they are doing. Alliance has a nucleus of like 5, but since no one talks to each other (AT ALL) no one seems to have the opportunity to get better.

@Druiddroid - not to mention having to care about exp. I never even got Inferno Robe on my mage (one of the reasons I quit) because I just did not have the exp for it.

Heh well I rarely face an AP premade, whether I have my own premade group or solo queue. More premades = less chance of 24s. I mean it's unlikely to make an impact on a noticeable scale, but every little bit helps. Plus I'm not the type of person to be like "well i play alliance and alliance is cool so you should play alliance too!", if there's former 19s coming and playing horde, I welcome the challenge and look forward to it.

This was well said. Arknoodle approves this message.

Ore, I like what you have to offer for the f2p bracket, I would hope that you would try and forget who you are/were in 19's.... Because I'm pretty sure most of us don't care haha. Anyways like everyone else has already mentioned, welcome.

Oh and on terms of premading, it rarely happens but if you get a team or whatever together maybe we can make something happen. We usually do 2's or 3's because we need a smaller focused player base.

huh? goma and push are gone

reason why 19s ended was because of exp-off bgs and separate realms, you can only keep that alive for so long. in these games you get some randoms + everyone is linked together, and that's what fuels the bracket's activity

i'm going to go out on a limb here and say 19s ended because hunters have like 40% crit unbuffed and absolutely no weaknesses whatsoever

i mean i don't even play in that bracket and i can see that it would not be even remotely fun at all

coulda been for a combo of reasons

hunters are countered when exploit jumps, dispels, poison removal, and heals are involved though, everyone used bandages too
