Opinions on the Twink Cup?

With a prize pool of over $4,000 involved, watch some level 100s with 2.8k+ RBG rating come and swoop everyone on non-bis 19s :p

unlikely since that woulda happened last time, its not like top rbg team didnt come n participate last time to try and pull the easy money, and it wasnt easy either for them you could tell watching the stream, people having an easy time dont scream at eachother that much.

players who aren't geared fully probably wont ever pull a series win in organized games over a team that is full geared, and organized.. 19s dont have that much room for outplaying, 6-12spells depending on class, its not a difficult feat to be able to use them which if you connect the dots that + no mounts = kinda what fosters competitivity in the 19 bracket... any player can do it and be successful unless they are intentionally trying to be unsuccessful

the 19s bracket has a lot of outplay potential, it just isnt entirely related to ur spells. the majority of the ppl u meet in the gulch these days is entirely clueless as to what to do other than team fight in mid.

and filled with people who think mindless DoT spams = skill (not saying this to insult you - I dont know which class you play)

stick a fork in it its a flop

compared with level cap, the outplay potential in PvP is basically one of the lowest skillcap thresholds while still being enjoyable and at times competitive... thats why lvl cap pugs are horrendous, but 19 not to the same degree per 10 or 100 games... the gear & basic playstyle to be useful in games for most ppl is achieved at significantly lower mental capacity than level cap

otherwise lvl 100 pugs warsong would be as competitive as 19 or competitive more games than it is atm, where its like 1-5/100 games @lvl cap warsongs will be good where the ratio for 19 is more like 3-5/10 pug warsong

Obviously I want the team I'm going to get together to win, but if I had an option other than that I'd throw my lot in with the folks over at HARVEST or Skill Ratio, I think team ABN/This Sunday Night has a good shot if they take the time to learn 19s meta in a competitive environment. It's very exciting.

I agree and disagree, it stays competitive in the 19 bracket because yes, you can solo but just like 2200+ teams 19s communicate. 1500+ rating heroes generally don't last here because their ego is greater then their skill. I believe the 19s are a fine tuned, limited ability, team orientated bracket. So i do think that there is more skill then you're giving it credit for.

I personally think the 6.1 will be a huge selling point for many to start making 19s.

As far as who i think will take the win, Skill Ratio has my vote but i hope to be proven wrong.

Im voting team diddle...comprised of myself and myself...in all seriousness Skill Ratio Harvest and ABN are gonna be the teams to beat...harvest has a lot of very active players so i think they could take it if people show up
