Onyx Claymore question and warr vs pally

Is the Onyx Claymore BIS? or worth anything? I picked one up last night for 50.s. And I also picked up 2 skeletal clubs really cheap yesterday as well, So I was wondering would it be wise to lvl a Warr to 20 with f2p restrictions and get use out of all 3 items. Or would ret pally be better? Is Onxy claymore even worth lvling up for?

No, Onyx claymore is not even close to BiS. BiS for an arms war would be the heirloom axe. You can use the claymore if it's a better weapon than what you currently have as you lvl, but it will be replaced by the axe you get in either bfd or stockades until you get the heirloom axe.

Onyx claymore can be used by rets to get an easy spell hit cap, but loom axe is bis due to the crit and slow speed.

Onyx claymore is biss for max str with hit cap for spells . You can alway switch to reaper for your Templars virdict as well .
