Well just got wind on how to obtain 810 relics finally, and I’m noticing that you can still put relics into your artifact weapons in BFA. This means a slight IL advantage on art weapon compared to someone with duel questing relics, after the squish. I wonder what the difference in item level is between the two after squish. Same goes for an 840 piece compared to a 885 titanforged.

If anyone has any info, your response is greatly appreciated

I think that was a misread on wowhead's part.
