To answer your cloak question, some wore firebane cloak. I know that’s what I have with old school enchants. Spider silk drape after it was introduced. I was not very active whatsoever on my clothies though so take it with a grain of salt.

This was mostly bis, besides wingblade for assassins maybe, monkey bracers, unless you wanted to be glass cannon.
