Finally got my rogue geared, almost full epics, and canceled my subscription on my main account. It has a little over two weeks left of game time and I actually chatted with a GM on customer support and he said he couldn't transfer the leftover game time to a second account I have under the same email, from WOW1 to WOW2, even though WOW2 had previously been subbed at some point.
He couldn't even give me details on why my account was ineligible for game time swaps, said it was an ''internal issue with the account''.
So basically I have to wait three weeks to play my vet toons and classic comes out in like 5 weeks. RIP lol.
So much for the whole theory that customer support would switch game time to expedite vet accounts. They won't even swap your game time you have already paid for over to a second account for you. Hell eventually I straight up told him he didn't even have to transfer it, he could just wipe it off premature. Still didn't work.
