Greetings,
My name is Justin a.k.a darkspearwow1.
This guide is presented to show you every single outside world buff that can be used by 19s and 20-24s alike. Sometimes you just cant take on everybody at once and just need that extra edge and every stat boost available in this game. The main use of this guide is for PvP battleground purposes, but can also be used by leveling priests and mages. I will not write any buff lasting lower than 2 minutes. And for the most part I will not write lower ranks/abilities of the buffs.
Also keep in mind-that to maximize the use of these buffs-a premade is rather mandatory, otherwise your time will most likely be wasted.

Buffs that can be gotten as F2P.
It either simply requires you to have a f2p priest, spec’d into Mind Control or stand near a useful ally and wait for it to cast.
Commanding Shout - Spell - World of Warcraft -Cast by Astranaar Officer, Captain Elendilad, Protector Arminon, Protector Dorinar, Protector Endolar, 2 minutes
Smouldering - Spell - World of Warcraft - Cast by Singed Shambler, 10 minutes.
Earth Shield - Spell - World of Warcraft - Cast by Stonesplinter Geomancer and
Stonesplinter Shaman, 10 minutes.

Sun Shield - Spell - World of Warcraft -Cast by Firewing Warlock, Lisalie Fireweaver, 2 minutes.
Lurk - Spell - World of Warcraft - Cast by Tuurem Hunter, 5 minutes.
Thorns - Spell - World of Warcraft - Cast by Razormane Seer, Scarlet Ivy, Thornvine Creeper. Razorfen Thornweaver, 10 minutes.
Reckless Toxin - Spell - World of Warcraft -Cast by Scorpashi Snapper, 2 minutes.
Earth Shield - Spell - World of Warcraft - Cast by Dreghood Geomancer, Winterskorn Elder, Corrupted Elementalist, 2 minutes.
Ysondre's Blessing - Spell - World of Warcraft - Cast by Ysondre during Taerar's Fall. Must be in a party and a higher level must initiate, 2 minutes.
Power of Kran'aish - Spell - World of Warcraft - Cast by Ashkaz, Lithic Oracle, Luanga the Imprisoner, Shalasi Oracle, Skithian Windripper , 5 minutes.
Curse of Recklessness - Spell - World of Warcraft - Cast by Hovel Shadowcaster.Keep in mind it is very difficult to get into Mt. Hyjal. A friendly priest dueling you and MCing the mob is advised. 2 minutes.
Traces of Silithyst - Spell - World of Warcraft - Aquired by picking up and delivering silithus dust to its proper turn in station. Keep it mind-it auto flags you.30 minutes.

Corrupted Earth Shield - Spell - World of Warcraft - Cast by Corrupted Dryad, 5 minutes.

Arcane Residue - Spell - World of Warcraft - Cast by Mana Wraith when they die, 2 minutes.
Mark of the Wild - Spell - World of Warcraft - Cast by Zen'tabra. Keep in mind that it is very difficult to get to Mt. Hyjal with all the phasing.,1 hour.
Horn of Winter - Spell - World of Warcraft Cast by Omasum Blighthoof.. He must attack a player prior to casting since his is the old version of the horn, meaning he has generate runic power himself, 2 minutes.
Legacy of the Emperor - Spell - World of Warcraft - Cast by friendly monks. Unlike kings/HoTW will persist if zoning in a battleground, 1 hour.
Horn of Winter - Spell - World of Warcraft - Cast by friendly dks. Unlike battle shout/hunter buffs will persist if zoning in a battleground. 5 minutes.
The Useful Buffs.
These buffs are somewhat useful to twinks, and actually provide some major stats.
Power Word: Fortitude - Spell - World of Warcraft - Cast by Father Kamaros. Start with your high level clearing the area and initiating the quest I'm Not Dead Yet! Make sure the twinks/ leechers stand close to him. Attack another mob to intinate combat-he will cast it. Be prepared to get swarmed by high level mobs when you zone out. 1 hour.
Energizing Spores - Spell - World of Warcraft - When you kill sporebats, 5 minutes.
Commanding Shout - Spell - World of Warcraft - Cast by Keeshan and Orcus. For the Alliance version-do not complete Showdown at Stonewatch. For the Horde version- do not complete the quest prior to Heroes of the Horde. Your allies and party members can still receive it even if they have completed it-only 1 person can have it incomplete- as long as they are in range. 2 minutes.
Arcane Intellect - Spell - World of Warcraft - Cast by Warsong Hold Mage, when you free them from the webs.30 minutes.
Commanding Shout - Spell - World of Warcraft - Cast by Warsong Hold Warrior when you free them. 2 minutes. Should be used in conjunction with Arcane Intellect for maximum effect.2 minutes.
Arcane Intellect - Spell - World of Warcraft - Cast by Daggerspine Sorceress. Alliance's version of ''60 intellect''. 11 intellect total. Can be used by a lvl 24 priest Spec'd into Mind Control to buff and switch back to appropriate talent before zoning in by keeping stacks of Vanishing Powder.30 minutes.
Battle Shout - Spell - World of Warcraft - Cast by Conquest Hold Berserker .336 melee Attack Power.H only. Just wait until he initiates combat with the alliance counterpart. The NPC refreshes it fairly often.2 minutes.
Battle Shout - Spell - World of Warcraft - Cast by Dragonmaw Maraduer and Dragonmaw Straggler. 253 melee Attack Power. Alliance is stuck with a lower amount and requires a friendly priest to MC the mob. Alliance with no priest- Caryssia Moonhunter provides 140 AP. 2 minutes.
Dark Whispers - Spell - World of Warcraft - Cast by Vile Tutor, 10 minutes.
Power Word: Fortitude - Spell - World of Warcraft - Cast by Cultist Acolyte, Shattered Hand Acolyte and Holdout Medic. Do note that these fortitudes persist even when zoning into a battleground. Alliance F2P players (if they can solo gnomer to that point) can still get extra 10% hp, 1 hour.
Note On Two Minute Buffs
Self, explanatory they do not last long, if you grab them too early-they simply dissipate in the battleground before being used. It is best to use the addon- Bg Timer-and get in at 25 seconds. You still only get 50 seconds-1 minute at most of the actual buff.
Other Details I Have Missed Out
That would be, for unknown reasons some buffs cannot be accesed by players through mind control, spells like
Visions of Agamaggon - Spell - World of Warcraft simply say the target is too low level when casting on your twink. Or spells like
Wrekt Visage - Spell - World of Warcraft cannot be put on friendly players even though they show up in the NPC's ability list and are castable(only on the NPC). I have omitted both of these types of spells.
