Ogri'la Reputation

Is it still possible to get exaulted with Ogri'la on a twink below the 60-70 level range. I know Ioerror was able to get nearly into revered with them however after aome research i cannot figure out how. I am wondering if you can use Apexis shards to summon those group kill mobs and if they grant rep.

Does anyone have the answer?

Ps. Tabard would match my transmog so well!

that faction rep loophole was removed when 19's and other lower bracket players were getting Crystalforged Trinket - Item - World of Warcraft.. you could get 750 rep on Shartul per kill but that NPC along with other NPCs that gave rep were removed from the transporter event when blizz outright removed the event and the trinket they added a level requirement.
