US Official LGBT Armory Thread

Legend
It's been a few months since the last LGBT armory thread was violently deleted by the mods at TI. Below is an updated resource for ALL LGBT members of this community. We expect the 19 community to be welcoming as we step out from the shadows and into the light.

Holy shit, Beau is Coight? That explains why he's so god damn annoying in WSG. Props for piloting that frost mage like a baller.

Also another par for the course thread in Moran's playbook <3

I gender identify as myself...is there a scientific term for that?

Conq: Conq @ Bleeding Hollow - Community - World of Warcraft

On a less trolly but still some-what serious note: This community should be a place where people feel comfortable and accepted being themselves, if this thread can help people in some capacity than it's fine by me.

why is dividing/objectify members of a community based on their sexuality a proud thing?

I don't think it's divisive, rather the opposite. It's showing LGBT people in the 19s community that they aren't alone. Not everyone lives in the most accepting countries, this thread may be a way for some people to fully express themselves.

As a 20 year old, it's pretty sad but this is the first time I've come out publicly. The country I live in means it's hard for me to be out. So if it weren't for this thread, I probably wouldn't have taken that first small step.

Sorry for rant, ya'll probably don't care :p

Proud of you bro !

Why, what is there to be proud of.

Are you serious @Delayed? smh. You may not realize this being a white straight male, but there's still a great amount of intolerance, violence, and repression for people defining themselves as LGBT. It takes courage, that much is clear just looking at the rude comments i've already deleted on this thread.

I'm stunned and elated to see this thread is real. I played World of Warcraft for years with people of various orientations, and it can be a real challenge to play in a game where anonymity enables people to say inhumane things.

It's hard enough to work with criticism for things you choose. It's much harder still, to deal with vitriol about things you don't get to choose, but making a stand creates a positive impact for everyone. It takes a certain pride to make a stand, and I commend those who do.

I suggest people spend less time worrying about others and more time considering their own humanity.
