iirc, it affects both neck and belt heals so it's pretty nasty re: staying up through silences and such.

Doesn't affect neck heal, only belt and all kinds of potions. Useful on mage.

I am sure that I missed a lot of good players but I am really bad with names and did not want to be on wow armory all day. And I also got tired of finding your armory when you have some weird ass names with symbols I cant even name so unlucky get a normal name next time.
