I think you need to be 120 because the raid finder thing has a 380 ilvl requirement.

hard bosses need focus on:
Lady Vashj

que for "cromie" infrount or near where everyone is at.

it's like LFR and can que as a group, but it could take you 1 hour to over 2 hours.

the av mount is taking some time, for the bg never seems to end prior to 2 hrs (in my case at least)
