Has there always been low level greens of power? Starting to see random greens while leveling around the 5-15 range with of power suffix. Has it always been like this? Coulda swore in vanilla you couldn’t get that suffix till post 20, maybe even 40.

Another thread was saying they have the 2.4.1 item database going for greens or something along those lines.
Couldn't say definitively if that's the case or not, but wouldn't surprise me.

has anyone tried a full of power 19 hunt yet?

I thought it was late van/BC because I remember going glass cannon on sub rogue for ambush crits FC nuke. not sure

I think with the loss of so much intellect and the missing crit/armor/ap agility gives it isn't really worth it. I'm not saying dont test it out and see how you like it, but the loss of stats imo isnt the best trade off.

And you would be better off with 8 agi instead of 16 ap for a hunter anyway.

Have a full power set on Rogue, so far rather unimpressive. 700 hp, very minimal crit chance due to agi loss and so far I only use it if I’m world pvping and someone sits down to drink for the guaranteed crit lol. 550+ crits though.
