Here's a script to check if you've done a quest! It will say "true" if it has been completed and "false" if not.

You can find the quest ids at wowhead if you click the quest link, in the webadress it should say a number right before the quest name.
Example: Here's for the quest Bounty on Murlocs in Elwynn Forest.
