Since they took out ALL the goblin shipbuilders in DM is it not possible anymore?

Not sure if they still drop, but I just got a pair for 25gold on Barthilas Horde - with that I price I'd assume they still drop.

There's been people mentioning that it still drops. I have yet to confirm this.
